These Terms of Service govern your use of the Transformation Partner website and any services you engage us to provide. By using our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms.
Transformation Partner provides custom AI systems for service businesses, including AI voice agents, follow-up automation, scheduling systems, and related operational workflows. All services are custom-built and scoped individually.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins. We do not begin work without a signed or confirmed agreement.
Custom-built systems, configurations, and AI agent setups become the client's property upon receipt of full payment for the related engagement.
We retain the right to reuse general technical frameworks, patterns, and non-client-specific components in other engagements. We will not reuse your proprietary business data, customer information, or custom knowledge bases.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide us (including business details, phone numbers, and customer data used to configure AI systems) is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding how AI systems interact with your customers, including consent and recording disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transformation Partner's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost revenue, missed calls, lost customers, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We build systems that have worked in our own operations and for other clients. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of bookings, revenue increases, or call answer rates. Results depend on factors outside our control, including call volume, customer behavior, and your business operations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in the state where Transformation Partner operates.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
